Silverleaf Screen Control

I have a 2021 NewAire with a Silver Leaf control system. Under climate contro on the screenl, I can opt for heating or cooling and set the temperature and direct the climate control for different parts of the rig. The only thing I can't figure out is how to turn the HVAC system off. Under some settings, I see the word "Off" but touching it does not turn the system off. So far, the only way I have been able to do that is to cut power to the entire coach using the switch by the entry door. Can someone please tell me how to turn the HVAC system off. Any guidance would be appreciated.

If I had to guess, you have the fans turned on. When you hit off it is turning off the compressor but not the fan. A picture of your screen would help as well. You need to go to the climate screen, select the zone (living, bath, bed) and then you will be able to control the climate for that zone. If you look at the bottom you will see fan. That needs to be set to auto. Try that and see if it corrects your issue.
