Sleep Number Installation Question

We just installed a R5 King sleep number bed in our Ventana. Bought it from Sleep Number. Has anyone else installed one? We only got 3 sidewall foam pieces. We think we are missing one for the head of the bed. The directions say there should be 4 pieces but I’m not sure one would actually fit . Called Sleep Number and they sent us another package with the same 3 pieces minus one for the head of the bed. Does anyone who has it installed have a foam piece at the head of the bed?

Thanks!!!!!

I've had a few sleep number beds, but not that particular one, all of them had 4 sidewall pieces.

We have a 2017 DS with a king sleep number bed. There are foam sides and foot of bed only. No foam border at the head of bed.

Thanks wishalls!

I didn’t think there was but the instructions showed one and the support person on the phone told us yes, it is missing. I can rest easy now ...
