Slide mechanism loose

We noticed that our full wall slide on our 2017 Ventana LE 4037 does not completely close flush in two areas along the bottom, one at the back corner and another area in the middle of the bottom. It closes flush everywhere else. The area in the middle has this mechanism under the slide that is loose and slides up and down at bolts that are loose. Video attached. Also, when it is closing this mechanism pops and the closing is not as smooth as it used to be. Does anyone know if this is supposed to be loose or is it a problem? Should I tighten these bolts?

Have you checked your motor mount bolts?
