Slide out stopped working

On oir 2012 Mountain Aire I pushed the slide out button to put the rear door side slide out. The lock arms retracted but the slide won’t move. When the lock arms retract after about one second they come back out and lock into place again. I tried pushing and jiggling the slide out during this process several times. It won’t budge. Any help wouldn’t be appreciated. Thanks.

You either have a bad magnet on the lock arms or the proximity magnet at the bottom of the slide room is not sensing the location of the room. I would suspect the proximity magnet. I would contact nemwar on Monday and speak with tech support and they can tell you exactly where that magnet is located. It's might be outside over the axle or under the bed if it's a bed slide. 866-290-4080

Try slapping the side of the slide near the lock with an open hand.

Update:
The slide motor went south. Ordered a new one and it finally arrived. Getting it installed right now. Thanks for the help. Much appreciated.
