Slide Problem

Last summer I was having a problem getting my slide to deploy completely. After suggestions I adjusted the Slide Controller and this solved the problem. It came up again and I had to adjust it to the full 14v. Yesterday I had the same issue, but when I was bringing the slide in. Today, same problem deploying again. If I re-start the slide after it stops (multiple times), I can finally get it to complete the action. So, where is the problem? Slide Controller or Slide Motor?
Thanks.

I have had a 2016 Ventana and Ventana LE and both had slide out problems. The problem is in the controllers and one was reprogrammed and the other is in the process of being replaced. My money is on the controller needed to be reprogrammed or replaced.

Please respond if you have the Intellitec single slide control. Is so, the first thing that I would do is to run a new dedicated ground wire from the controller to the negative side of the inverter.

Worked for me and haven't had a problem since.

I do have the Intellitec controller. I cleaned the contacts and will give it a try before I do anything else. Worked OK at storage, but need to see when camping.

Mike I thought you found some wiring problem with your slide motor or loose bolts?
Look up the TSB's for your coach on motor bolts and check wiring to controller for loose plugs or corrosion on pins, you may have to adjust pot back, you do not want to snap fascia off slide.
