Slide Topper Fabric
Time to replace my slide Topper fabric, any recommendations as to supplier and type?
Slide toppers are Girard.
Thanks - Steve

Go to YouTube and search replace RV slide toppers and you will see detailed re-install instructions. Several of these videos mention “Tough Top Awnings” as a “better-than -original” supplier.
I need to replace mine this spring. I looked quickly without exact measurements and prices looked fair.
Good Luck!

I haven't replaced mine (previous owner did) but this place has good reviews/comments:

We have a 04 Essex with Care Free of Colorado awnings and use to coach at least 150 days a year and never stored inside. All awning have original covers on all awning. Put 303 on them once a year and would suggest getting your replace covers from them.

Tough top doesn't make covers for Girard awnings. Check with Stone Vos in FL.

Check out RV Geeks video on youtube. They have a video on how to replace slide toppers and a link to get a discount on material.

Had mine replaced by a fellow in an RV Park in Corpus Christi about 7 years ago using Sunbrella material. Same stuff that's used for sails.
Still almost as good as new to this day.
