The main slide on my 2002 KSDP has a problem. It seems that after we sit in one loction for about two to three weeks, when I retract the slide everything works great until the slide is about 3/4 in. The front of the slide (inside) starts to lift upward. The roller is not touching the floor. Just before it is fully in the slide falls with a viloent crash. It shacks the entire RV. This has happened twice. The first time was when we were going to the FMCA rally in NJ. When we left there it worked fine. The next time was about three weeks later and the slide problem returned. When we left after a four day stay it worked fine again. Anybody got any ideas on what would cause something like this?

Do you have locking bars on your slide? If you have maybe one is binding as it unfolds causing slide to lift on one side. The slide does lift as it starts in but your rollers should be on the floor at this point if you can watch it as it comes down near floor as it lifts press button again and slide will stop at that point.
Check locking bars to see if they are free and check under the slide you may have a roller off roller braket or something under slide room.
