Slide wouldn't come in.

My livingroom slide would not retract. I got the slide in by jumping the 8 pin plug. After I connected the plug back into the controller, I pushed the slide control switch, the slide locks activated. Since the motor worked to close the slide, I would assume the slide controller is defective.
I would appreciate comments from anyone who has had this type of experience with a successful remedy.

Try swapping the controller with one of the others. Also, you can do a search in the Newmar section in the quick tips for everything you need to know about your Newmar.
