Small glitch

We made a 600 mile leg in our 2018 Ventana yesterday and at about the 400 mile mark, there was and alert tone from the dash area (Freightliner) that lasted about five seconds and, at the same time, I saw the speedometer drop to zero and then rebound to our normal 65 mph speed. The info. screen on the dash had recycled to the default ("reminder checklist") screen and I used the joystick toggle to return it to our screen we select while running. We have >13K miles since new and have never had this happen before. The only other task that was happening, other than driving, was two adjustments to the Comfort Drive setting - I had turned it down to 3, did not like the setting, and then moved it back to the 4+ setting. Just seconds after this the glitch happened. Anyone out there had a spurious alert like what was described above? FYI - no issues for the remainder of the leg.

Adaptive cruise control?

No adaptive cruise. Mine was set at 65 and the engine never missed a beat.

Jim....there are a lot of computers talking to each other while you're driving. I think they occasionally do something stupid and glitch. I watch for the same symptoms happening again, but don't get too concerned unless it reoccurs.
