Sony TVs 'Auto-On' Annoying

Anyone know how to turn this feature off? Every time we turn on something (DVD or DirecTV) the TVs connected to them will automatically turn on...including the outside one in the entertainment bay.

I have gone into all of the TVs menus (at each one) and disabled this feature and it even says that the 'Auto-On is OFF'...but to no avail, they will still turn on.

I really don't mind pressing the power button to the TV we want to watch at that moment, so I find this really more of an annoyance than a convenience. They will power off after a while when you shut the video source off, but it's kind of needless IMO.

Has anyone else experienced this? Am I missing something here? lol

Thanks!

my DirecTv remote was sync'd with the TV, so yes - when I hit the power button, both the TV and DirecTv receiver starts up. I don't know how to undo this...

Do not use direct TV remote. Use sony remote ,hit home, and find little tool box symbol,it's in there you'll find Bravia, turn it off

Thanks for the responses everyone, but I do not have the Directv remote synced with the tvs and I went in to that part of the menu and turned the 'Auto-on' to off on all tvs.

All the Bravia stuff is OFF as well. Not sure why they still do it.

I'm perplexed and thought maybe I missed something somewhere which is why I posted this hoping someone might have solved this silly puzzle.
