Source for Mirror Adjustment Knob

Called Newmar parts the other day to order some bits and pieces to repair my basement doors. I thought I might as well order a new Black Mirror Adjustment Knob with the same order. (Mine broke in half due to old age like its owner)

Well, turns out Newmar no longer sells the knob separate. Used to be about $6 for the knob and now they sell only the Switch/Knob assembly for about $85.

Anyone know where a person could source this part?

Dennis.....I'm not sure what your knob looks like, but if its just a knob that mounts on a shaft with a set screw, you should be able to find one. If so, you can go to a hardware store and buy knobs like that. Home Depot or Lowes won't carry them, but here in California we have a couple of stores (Do-It-Center and OSH) that have small project parts with what you might need.

Ya, it's nothing exotic. I had thought of looking at Ace Hardware. They carry a lot of odd stuff.
I sent a request off to Ramco, we will see where that goes.
