Does any one have the telephone # or web site for them..it is on my 2009 Dutch Aire..not able to get the system to pump up bed..It has power and one control is lit other control has a broken connector to the pump box. I would think the one that has power would still work but I have moved plug to other side and it still doesn't work..not sure why the controls would be interconnected but would like to call factory for help..

Fixed problem..as an FYI for anyone that has this mattress the controls are interconnected...using standard 6 wire telephone connector I redid damaged one and now works...thought of sleeping with out mattress not pleasant

For my Dutch Airie has a king air mattress from Southern Sleep Systems and Newmar gave me Pat Sexton's number at 803-316-1664. He sent a new chamber as I had one that leaked.

New problem with our Southern Sleep Systems Air Mattress. Right control does not operate (light display is on) and I can’t inflate right chamber. Left side works. So I tried to reverse the telephone jack chords going into the pump. Didn’t fix problem. Any thoughts on problem. Anyone know where to get technical help. I haven’t tried Pat Sexton’s number yet.
