Spartan Air Leveling touchpad failure

We have a 20 MA with the Spartan Chassis Electronic Air Leveling and Air Ride Height control. The touch pad behind the HWH leveling control has gone blank.

I cannot find any manual or information on how to possibly reset it. Any Ideas? I plan to call Newmar tomorrow, but know there is a lot of knowledge here.

Have you tried a 12 volt shut down?

The solution was to turn off the chassis batteries for about 30 seconds. When I restarted the engine, the screen returned to its original view. I didn’t try to control anything since we are stationary with the jacks down for the next 10 days.

My 2020 Essex has a HWH reset switch in the forward cabinet above the drivers seat.
