Just wanted to confirm that the speakers for the Dash radio/cd player are located to the left & right of the front TV.

I can't quite make out if the sound is coming from there or it is making use of the surround speakers, which I doubt.

Rear switched speakers work fine.

You are correct. The speakers are at the top of the grill cloth.

My DSDP has the worst sounding speakers, and I don't use the dash radio, because it just irritates me. I'm going to replace those small speakers with something larger once I decide on what replacements to use.

I second the quality of the speakers on the dash radio. They sound like they came out of dash of a 1977 Jeep CJ7.

I will be replpacing mine for sure.

Have changed out my spks to AR's big difference, back, kitchen, ceiling ones also. Also changed fad control for rear bedroom spks to kitchen spks can balance better up front.
If in bedroom would just turn radio down, could add pots I suppose.
Have a Sony radio with the AUX input, plan to add MP3 OFF AUX instead of 10 CD player, good output from radio.
