Stair Covers

Thinking of installing these on my 2023 Newmar Bay Star to keep dirt out of the coach. Has anyone found a set that fit well on the Bay Star?

If your talking about the fake grass type that is held on by springs. I have tried them over the years, they work ok, I think your better of with a door mat on the ground that you can really knock the dirt off your shoes.

Sorry, just asking the generic question of installing stair covers... I haven't picked any out yet. I was hoping someone would recommend a great set and/or tell me which ones to avoid based on actual usage.

Do the stairs close properly with these covers installed?

I have the HWH stairs on my rig. I installed these 2 years ago and have not had any issues with them. The stairs do close properly with them installed.

I don’t like step covers because they get pretty dirty. We’ve switched to having dedicated slippers that we wear inside the rig. They never go outside, and we don’t wear shoes inside. We have a nice door mat that we use to wipe the shoes outside.
