Stationary window replacement

Our 2014 Dutch Star 3736 has a manual operating window for the driver but a stationary one for the passenger. DW would like to know if this window can be replaced with one that opens? I am assuming that one could be manufactured and have no intensions of going to that extreme, maybe Newmar would take this one back and sell an operational one?

If you have the opening in side wall large enough for upper and lower type window here is a MFG Newmar uses.
Here is a link to others.

I called HEHR and asked about an escape window for the 4018 that could be changed out to one that still allowed escape, but could be opened. They were very helpful and checked all their windows, but there was no such item. Give them a call.

Our PS window had lost it's seal and had started to discolor. I had Newmar install a vertical slide window in place of the non-function PS window. Be careful of what you wish for. You gain better air circulation but give up a clear view. The top / lock mechanism of the new window is at the same height as my DW's eyes. She has to see "around" it now.
