Stuck..jacks down and cant get up

We arrived in NH last night. Put slides out and jacks down. This am, went to put jacks up by hitting auto store, blue light flashes and nothing happened. So got out manual to troubleshoot. Went to put in all slides before we started doing anything with jacks and full wall hydraulic slide wont go in. Called Newmar and they said add hydraulic fluid. Did that and still nothing. Any other suggestions out there? We have a 2016 DSDP 4312. Thanks in advance for any help!

For the slides not operating , can you hear the hydraulic pump running ?

Is this a HWH series 625 leveling system ?

It is 725 series. When I try to close slide, all we hear is a click. We added about 1/2 quart fluid.

Don't really say what model coach you have. Here's some things to try... parking brake on, might release & reset, ignition on but don't start. I'd check that all the bay doors are closed. Good luck

Sorry I didn't look far enough down I missed your model. Hopefully it's something simple.

So now what happens? Are they sending out a service person, or sending you the part?

I've got a 16 dutchstar 4369. Jacks were down and when I turned the key to on the hydraulic motor engaged without any panel selection. Turned out it was a stuck solenoid. There are 2 of them attached to the motor. I've heard others having this problem. I'm thinking of picking up a spare. Only about 40 bucks.
