I have a 2018 Newmar KIng Aire when opening the door after turning off the engine the steps will only come half way and when extending the drivers slide it started to come out and then stopped half way I reset the house batteries and turn off the breakers and then turn them back on in the panel in the half bath nothing is working on both them all other slides and eveything else works

Can you open your generator slide and check your HWH connections, check the ground and the two relays next to the HWH motor.

I can not open the slide and i have release all 7 valaves but can not find the last valve to release the pressure for the slide 4valves on tank two right side and one on the left side of the pump

We have a 18 LA with the same HWH step system. I would say it is one of the 2 sensors on the bottom step. They are the same sensors and when they touch an item the stop the step from going out father. Need to take bottom cover off and you can disconnect the two sensors and the step will full extend. The problem is with the sensors disconnected if the step touch something it isn't going to stop. Will need to be careful when disconnected. Can safe about 50$ by buying sensors from HWH. Would recommend replacing both. Newmar says there is a switch by the front door that you can push and then the step will go out all the way. Be cautious when under step so that they don't operate when working on them. Newmar Man
