David, you may have already done so, but if not get up on the roof of your coach and do some detailed measuring to determine how many solar panels you can install. Keep in mind you're not looking for the total square footage, you're looking to determine how many panels measuring X inches long by Y inches wide will actually fit up there.
I mention that because your likely to find a fair amount of "stuff" scattered around the roof, none of which was installed with any consideration toward maximizing the space available for solar panels.
My point is, be sure you have room for enough panels to achieve your objectives. What you don't want to do is spend serious money to install fewer panels than you'd actually like to have, then end up frustrated because you can't achieve the results you had in mind.
Not trying to deter you; just suggesting you make sure you can end up where you want to be.
