Surge Guard 40350rvc

Hi all:
I have an issue with my transfer switch that has never happened before.
Plugged into 30A at home. I get the “Delay” message on the ATS monitor like I always do. Then I get the “Thump” when the transfer switch kicks in. Then, I get a “Singlph” error on the ATS screen. That error code says I am trying to connect to 110V instead of 220V, then the screen goes blank and no power. I don’t have 220V in my coach, so this is strange.
30A power from the house is good. Standalone surge protector also says all is good.
Everything works fine on generator power.
I used the coach last weekend on 50A and no issues. I don’t have access to 50A right now to be able to check that.
Any thoughts? Beer is getting warm. ☹
TIA,
Mike

I thought so to OB.
I have two different 30A - 50A dog bones and same results with both. One is brand new.
What are the chances that both are bad when they worked last week? I'd guess pretty low?
I just tried to plug the coach in again. Instead of one "Thump", I'm now getting several "Thumps", then the "Singlph" message on the ATS, then nothing.
Trying Southwire tomorrow. They've been very helpful in the past.
Thanks for the response.

In that case one has to move up the line.......ATS not fully swapping to Shore Power side/partially stuck on Gen side OR you have loose wire connections in the ATS

Newmar was notorious for not tightening the screws securely on the wire connections inside the transfer switch /surge protection combo. I would open it up and make sure all are tight.

I just checked mine recently, just as a maintenance issue.

Thanks guys.
I just tightened all the screws last week, so that's not my issue. I'll open it up and look at the switches as OB said.
The ATS is seeing the 110V, but it wants to connect to 220V per the error code. That's what is baffling me.
Have a call into Southwire and will report back.

UPDATE:
Spoke with Southwire. They had me check voltages and connections again and all good. Pulled the cover of the ATS and checked all voltages and connections there too. All good. They said "nothing much else I can offer". Really? Little help. Maybe a weak contactor?
Plugged back into 30A and manually pushed the switch in. It held and I have power to the coach....for now. 120V on lines 1 and 2. Hope the darn thing doesn't burn down.
Thanks guys for the suggestions.

You're right OB.
Heading to a NKK rally Sunday and ordering a new one when I get back.
They're not cheap. Brings tears to my eyes.
