Surge Guard ATS 40350 Repair? 2019 NA

Thought that I should ask my fellow forum techs if any of you know someone that can service the Surge Guard ATS units, Surge Guard wants us to throw them away At 7-800$. They will not repair. We just left Florida stayed at a campground on the way north, when the park lost one leg of the 50 Amp we were plugged into. Later that afternoon power was restored but our Silver leaf Monitor shows only 30 amps now, On the Surge Guard 40350 only the top Red Light is lit. Which means we have lost one leg out of the ATS. Even with the generator running now only 30 amp. After such an occurrence at the campground with these results what repair should I look for to get back to usable 50 amp service ? Maybe one of you has repaired your unit! Thank you for your time and advice. GOD Bless America! Gary Phillips

Replace the unit as Southwire (aka Surge Guard) advised.
