Switch for Bedroom Window Awning

I have a 2017 DS 4018 and have electric window awnings. I have never found a switch for the one in the bedroom (drivers side). All of the others are located in the panel above the passenger seat. There definitely is an awning on the window. Am I overlooking it?

Thanks.

In my ‘20 LA, the switch is located in the back of the overhead closet to the left of the TV. Not sure what your cabinet configuration is, but check in that general area....and don’t feel bad, I had to call Newmar CS to find mine.

The switch for our electric awning on driver's side bedroom is located inside the cabinet. Strange but true.

Switch for bedroom window awning

FWIW, On my 2017 LADP mine was also located inside and to the rear of the upper bedroom cabinet. While traveling something shifted in the upper cabinet causing the awning to partially deploy. Fortunately I discovered it at a rest stop walk around before any damage to the awning had occurred. Newmar relocated the switch to the exterior underside of the cabinet at no expense to me.

And yet they continue to mount the switch inside the cabinet where it could be accidentally triggered. Must be faster to build that way...

On both my 2016 KA and my 2020 Essex, if you lay down on the bed and look up the switch is right there.

Desperado:
On our 2019 DS 4018, its under the cabinet above the window.
Makes sense once you've found it for the first time.

Same on my 2013 MA. I was looking all over in cabinets, but not under.

I had to call the dealer PDI guy to see where the switch was located. Didn't expect it under the cabinet.

Thank you all do much for your help. I didn’t think to look under the bedroom cabinet. This forum is priceless!
