Hi garyanita,
Welcome to iRV2 and the Newmar Owners Forum. Assuming the coach is gas powered, chassis fuses are usually under the dash (access via a pull up panel) or on the front side of the fire wall.

garyanita, our previous MH was a 1997 Kountry Star front engine diesel on a Freightliner chassis. There were two fuse locations on our coach. The majority of the fuses and relays were under a panel that was accessed through the top of the dash right above the instrument cluster. That panel was held in place by velcro at each corner so you just had to pry it up with a screwdriver or something flat. The other location was under the dash on the left side of the steering column mounted on the front bulkhead. This looked like a fuse panel from a Ford truck or Econoline van. If I remember correctly, this is where the turn signal flasher was located and may be the more likely place to find the fuse for your rear lights. I never had an issue with the rear lights on my Kountry Star so I can't direct you to the exact location for their fuse. Good luck!

Gary welcome to the forum and irv2.
Here is a Brochure and Owners Guide that may have some fusing in some diagrams end of guide, nothing in there just coach wiring a fusing.
Below in my signature are links to many more related to Newmars.
The Ford forum may help you out those fuses would be part of the chassis wiring with fuse banks under the dash left side of steering on in main fuse box on fire wall.
You may want to check the wiring in 7 pin plug rear of coach wires can come loose a short to ground in plug blowing the fuse, the plug wiring is in the OG.
For reference only this link has 12v fusing for gas coach to you maybe able to reference too.
Keep us informed as to how you make out.
