Televator problem
My televator is in the down position and will not raise. I may have a programming problem as my wife held the switch to down for the entire down movement the last it worked. I’ve checked the switch wiring and there appears to be power to the module (red light on). Newmar had me hold the switch to up and wait for flashing green light but never happened. Also checked the F-1 fuse in the mud bath.
Any ideas
Thanks Scott

I had this problem on my LE and it was finally repaired back in January. The control board had to be replaced. I don't know how your setup is, but you need to get to the control board wiring back behind the TV. I originally had to remove the sofa and then the paneling to get to the board.
As the issue got worse and worse (it would go down on it's own). I would pick up the top and reach down to the wiring. On mine I would jiggle the 2 wire plug to get it to work. But make sure you push the down button first. If you don't the TV will start coming up with your arm in there. Jiggle the wires and then hit the up button.

The switch (or the controller) are quite temperamental in our coach but we finally developed the "magic" touch. If we press the switch too short or too long, the televator won't move. We showed it to the PDI guy and he told us that's just how it works.
As mentioned, we can work it now without any problems but obviously worry that it may go bad sometime in the future like some people reported.

I recently called the maker of the televator and I asked about this, she said press and hold the button/switch DOWN ( 10 seconds )she said that this should reset control board. She also said that once its starts to vibrate release the switch. I have never done this so please let us know if this works. Hope this helps

Thanks Everyone
I've tried all your responses to no avail. I'll keep trying (wiggling wires, cycling switch etc) and maybe something will work. The red light is on but no green at any time.

This must be different than what I have. I have no lights.
It may be time to call Newmar again.

Had to add a shim had the problem it went down halfway.
Open the couch to the bed, remove the panel, saw where it was binding, and added a " shim "
Oh i used canned grease on all the pivot points.
No problem after that.
Don't drive with it up, i leave it down, the front TV is rewired / bypassed the safety feature for the in motion that was already optioned on the MH.
