Televator stuck

Televator went up won’t come down.2021 Kountry Star DP Any ideas?

Have you tried a 12 volt shut down for 30 seconds, probably will not do the trick but its easy and free. Hope this helps

By any chance, does it go down a bit and then stop? -Paul

Did you hold the televator switch down for more than a second or two? If so you might have altered the program. We learned this the hard way. You only need to hold the switch for a half second to get it to go up or down.

The link above has information on how to reprogram the system.

We also had an issue where the TV shifted aft in the bracket causing the corner to hit the counter on the way down.

No, had to remove fireplace then unplug and plug in again and that fixed it. Was fortunate enough to have someone near who figured it out!

You are so right, only supposed to hit the switch for a quick second and let go!

Next time just flip the breaker off for 30 seconds. Same as unplugging it without removing the fireplace.
