Very nice looking coach. They either figured out what to do with the hot water exhaust pipe, or airbrushed it out! The dark carpet makes a lot of sense, and I wonder about the ceiling air filters (house type/size?).

It's airbrushed out. Take a look at 2013 King Aire

I'm not a fan of the standard tile choices. I've seen two of the tile options up close. Newmar also installed the 2013 Siesta King Aire tile in the customer service lounge. To me it looks like stained concrete. I know one dealer said he wouldn't order any new 2013 King Aire's until they gave him more tile choices and they did, which we saw when we were at the factory. At least with a Newmar you do have options.
