Bring those Motor Coachers up to Bike Week next month in Daytona! We'll be there. Say hello to Bill/Julie for us-they have the Newell(with the viewing platform on top) with the dock. They should be headed for Daytona also for the 500 next week.

Spell chuck?

It seems that bad spelling is contagious.

I was there two years ago and in the Racetrack RV Park I was in there were something like 50 cancellations/vacancies.... can only imagine how sparse the crowd will be this year...

Between the economy and the Daytona Beach city fathers, this historic event seems to be losing it's appeal in favor of moving it just out of town...

Oh, that would be too bad if Bike Week in Daytona was dropped. I don't know what the city father thing is about, but it sounds like it is against the event.
Perhap I could talk the Three Amegos into filling in the shrinking crowds and really give the people something to come and see. They refuse to wear leather though, as they find it too hot. I think they prefer wearing nothing but a leather captains seat.
Just imagine the Amegos and the Mixologist-Mobile rolling into that beach town. 12 axles (20 axles if towing), 32 monster tires, over 186 thousand pounds of highway muscle, 1900 H.P., etc. Only drawback is the fuel milage. This rolling mass burns around 1 gallon every 1.5 miles. Well now we do the math, maybe it would be better if Daytona came to us.

I am going to give Bob more credit that he is sharper than you think. Dirk, you forget that I am along and that I suspect that he made a play on words. Plus he knows from my background that I had better start spellchecking Peter's posts.

What say ye, Bob?

Chuck

Bob thinks Chuck is a pretty smart fellow....

Nothing like a little play on words to get the juices flowing, but in the case of the 3 amoebas I think the juice is flowing rather well.

OOOPS!! Another play on words!!

The three amoebas. Now that is an appellation that might fit. From my biology, I seem to remember that an amoeba is a one celled animal that aimlessly floats around enjoying whatever environment it might find itself in... Sort of like the three of us and the Good Doctor of Mixology who are floating in the Keys, soaking up sun and high octane beverages which even make us more aimless.

Imagine the fact that this is our third day in Key West and we have been yet to board a tourist train or trolley to see the sights. We are on track today, however. Peter and Paul have contracted some jet rocket boat (missile?) that is going to take these land lubbers out for a sunset cruise. Fom the looks of it and the captain's description, we might be able to chase the fireball of orange and never let it disappear below the horizon.

Somehow I'm hoping Kurt Russell is not the Captain of that ship....

By the way, it's nice having an attorney along with that crowd to decipher all of the intended word plays..
I work very hard to come up with them and I'm afraid "wrong way Paul" and the mix doctor would be off track.
Lane, now that's another story.... is he still somewhere looking at the map planning the trip to the Keys?

No worries guys. As the normal protocol calls for, the four guys and a Wii, can not travel on the same plane in case of accident. I checked with the captain of the said boat (missile).

I asked him, "How often do boats like this explode in a ball of fire and sink?"

He said, "Only once"

That's good enough for me!

We all want to see the "3 Amoebas" tattoo.

On second thought, it depends on the location.

Are the wives getting "Property of the 3 Amoebas" tattoos as well?
