Thermostat setting question

I have a 2015 Dutch Star DP.
It is stored inside a unheated metal building and is plugged into 50 Amp service.
Temperatures going down to upper 20’s this week and I want to set thermostat to keep from freezing any water lines.
What setting do I set thermostat to.
I guess heat pumps would do the job.
Is that The Aqua setting?

Heat pumps quit producing heat at about 38°. So you will need add'l heat on the colder nights. You'll need to run the burner in the Oasis. I don't think Newmar uses AquaHot units.

HP will not heat your basement. Oasis will. No need to run the diesel burner, the electric elements in the Oasis will suffice.

This thread is essentially the same topic and issue but I was asking how to maintain heat to the wet bay to avoid freeze ups while driving in sub-freezing temps.

Set your T-STATS, all zones, to Furnace and some temp you desire.

If you use the oasis to heat an un-winterized coach, how you use it depends on if you own the building the coach is stored in or not. This is what I would do, YMMV.

If I owned the building I would put a gas garage heater in it instead of using the oasis. Otherwise, vent the oasis exhaust out of the building, turn on the burner and ACII and set the furnace to 45 degrees or so.

If you are in a rented space, since you are on 50amp just turn the ACII switch on to use the electric heat elements in the oasis and set the furnace on to 45ish.

Again just my approach.
