The ball is not resetting when flushed. I have been able to reset the ball by letting the pedal snap back and the ball over turn. I am then, through the pedal, able to bring the ball back into place and it seals. What do I need to adjust and/or replace?

Sounds like ball is dragging against seal

Turn off water supply
Hold ball OPEN via foot pedal
Using your hands rub/flex seal cleaning any scale/crud off top/bottom sing some dish soap
Clean top of ball surface also

Rinse seal top/bottom and ball to remove soap
Then rub seal top/bottom with olive oil using your hands...closing/opening ball

Ball should close smoothly and hold water

(ball drive is on backside of bowl and has no adjustments)

Thanks for the reply. The ball became totally disconnected and would need to separate the bowl from the base to repair. Instead purchased a new toilet and the longest part of the job was driving to PPL to pick up.
