Guess it's about time for me to acquire a cheeseburger, fries, and a large orange drink!

I just read on the Escapees Forum that Winnabego just bought out Newmar. No joke. The article stated that Newmar will continue to operate as an independent entity out of Indiana but will now be owned and under the umbrella of Winnabego. I have not verified this but the post had a link to the announcement by Winnabego and a letter from the CEO of Newmar to its employees disclosing the take over.

https://winnebago.gcs-web.com/acquis...on-information It is confirmed.... don't worry, things will be okay unless Winnebago overseers decide to screw up the Newmar market. I would doubt that this will happen. By the way, there is already a thread discussing this acquisition.

I'd still order if I were you. I read your other post. If you don't order your first choice then you'd be satisfied with the second choice or none at all? I predict very little is going to change with Newmar. Winnebago wouldn't risk it. That's going to be their bread and butter.
