Tiling 2005 DSDP Backsplash

We're getting ready to re-tile our DSDP backsplash with glass mosaic tile using Mussellbound tile mat instead of thin-set. What we need now is grout. Considering Flex-Tile silicon grout that we would color. Has anyone used this product? Use it with Mussellbound? How was it to work with? Did you pre-grout?

Or did you use something else? How did it work out?
