We have been to the factory at least 25 times over the past 18 years we have owned Newmar Coaches. I have never tipped with money as Newmar officially frowns on that practice. I have however brought in 6 -8 dozen donuts from 'Rise-N-Roll'- just north of Nappanee on Rt 19-for everyone in the shop. I have also given select techs Deer Summer Sausage for doing a great job or going above & beyond in taking care of us.

We tipped the entire team that did our weeks warranty work. They were appreciative and in our view deserved it and we were happy to do it. My impression was that they have gotten these before.
I would also request the same team again (as I stated in my letter to management afterword).
