I am thinking I do not have an issue, but am wondering why a PO upped the size.

Could be that he got a good deal on that size, or it was all that was available at the time. Or, he thought it would make a difference in the ride. Or...???
Hard to know why folks do things, but if all is as you say it is, then I wouldn't lose any sleep over a small difference in tire size.
