Toilet Flushing Help
Sorry if I sound stupid but we just got our 2021 Ventana and it has the flushing panel on the wall.
The one in the rear bathroom literally flushes when you turn the lights on it seems
And both of them hardly have any water in them after they do flush.
Any help here would be appreciated

Can’t help on the first issue (sounds like a wiring/warranty issue), but on the water in the bowl issue I can. There are two modes: wet bowl and dry bowl. Yours is in dry bowl. Hold the flush button down for five seconds and it switches modes.
Dry Bowl saves water. I keep mine in dry mode and fill the bowl with the fill button for those less frequent occurrences when more water in the bowl is preferable.
If you leave it in wet bowl mode, you’ll waste a lot of water. Won’t matter when you have hook ups, but when you're trying to make your water last as long as possible, it makes a difference,

Awesome thank you.
Is there a way to turn off the “waive” feature ?
Is there a way to adjust the sensitivity of the “waive” feature

Not familiar with that one. Must have come along after 2016. What does it do? Touchless flushing?
This looks pertinent:

If you have the Dometic Macerator toilets, you can change the settings. I hope the Dometic attachment worked. If it did it should help with your issue.

Remember the “Clapper”? Clap your hands and it turns off your lights? That would be a good application here (fewer unintended flushes) and it would lend it self to a clever name.

If your bowl is completely dry during a flush you might have the water pump off. You need to have the water pump on to get water to the bowl. Every in low water mode the toilet still takes .4 gallons to flush (vs. .9 gallons as I recall).
