toilet leaking

I have a 1999 DSDP 3884
We have a toilet that is leaking
It looks original
You fill the boil with water , and when you sit on it the water goes on the floor.
It’s a traveler 511
Sea-land technologies
Big Prairie, OH 44611
There is a 7 inch build up off the floor,, so its short 14 inch
Is there a rebuild kit
Should I just replace it? $288

Have you tried tightening the steel band around the perimeter of the two halves of the toilet.
The band holes the top to pedestal.

With the age of your coach you most likely need to replace the rubber seal between the bottom of the toilet and the floor. They're about $28 for the toilet you have and you can get them at any RV parts supplier or online. Not that hard to do. Remove the plastic cover around the bottom of the toilet and then there's 4 nuts you will loosen to lift the toilet off an then replace the seal.
