Oh man, that is disconcerting. I'm sitting in the dealer delivery lot with no dump station and the yellow light has been on all day.

Have you tried to power off the toilet either through the disconnect or pulling a fuse to see if that resets it. You can force the toilet to flush by holding down on the flush button but you had better make sure that there isn't any blockage in the line. I haven't had ours not reset after dumping the tanks so this is just a guess for me.

You should be able to flush if you hold the button for a while. The red light will flash and then finally the toilet will flush.

When you are at the dumping station connect the black tank flush and let it run for a while. A long time if necessary. Make sure the valve is open.

This going to sound crazy but here I go. Hook your flush hose up and flush the black tank with the valve"CLOSED"' Yes CLOSED. BUT, set your watch, phone, your neighbors watch and phone for 5-6 minutes then open valve. If sensor has something stuck on it I don't think it will unstick with just the sprayer. Do not walk away from the area. I can tell you from experience what happens when you get distracted. You will have BAD water coming out of your roof vents and it won't be pretty. Also I didn't know you could force flush the macerator toilets by holding down the flush button. Hope this helps and be careful.

I held the flush button down for a minute or two. I held the fill button down for 30 seconds. I held them both down simultaneously. No joy any way. I called Newmar "emergency" line but no answer only a recorded message promising to get back to me very soon. That was 3 hours ago. So much for "emergency" service.

There is someone manning the lines 24/7. They must be super busy. Possibly try again. We bought our unit in Tampa and had an issue on the way home. Called the number on the little side window decal and got an answer phone. Felt like Rodney Dangerfield dialing 911 and getting a recording. Received a call back 5 min later and solved the problem. IMOA They have the best CS bar none.

Five minutes later a man from Newmar emergency service called. He said to turn off the the main switch located by exit door. I did. All power went off. Then went back on. Red lights on toilet switch went off and turned green. All is good. So if it happens to you remember to reset the salesman's switch.

Good post.

If I ever decide to buy another RV the first thing I will look for is an electric toilet.

If it has one I WON'T buy it.

I can just see myself explaining to my wife why she can't use the electric toilet because it's not working.

Happy ending. I wonder what to do in my '15 DSDP4369? I have no exit door so where would my salesman's switch be?🤥

We have discovered in our 2017 DS 4369 that the tank level monitoring system, Precision Circuits Digital Monitor Panel, controls the toilet lights, both yellow and red. When the tank level monitoring system decides that your black tank is full, both toilets will not flush, and the light turns red. When this happens, you need to dump your black tank. AFTER you dump, you need to check your tank levels at the Precision Circuits Digital Monitor Panel located in the front door side cabinet. Checking your levels after you dump will reset the tank level monitoring system to E on the black tank, and then your toilets will work again and the red light will turn off.

In light of our discovery, we now dump our black tank when the toilet lights turn yellow. This does reduce your usable capacity to 75% (that's when the yellow light is supposed to appear), but you hopefully won't experience a "no-flush" situation.

So if you have a power failure, you can't flush?
Isn't there any manual override or disconnect?

I ask because we are picking up our 4369DS at the factory in May & it is our 1st coach.
