Tomson RV tires (Samson)

Last August I purchased an '03 Newmar 35ft Scottsdale Class A. This is my 1st Newmar and I must say I am impressed with the build quality. The coach has amoung other new stuff 1 year old Tomson tires which I have driven about 3,000 miles. Untill now I had no knowledge of the brand. So far I am impressed with the tires. I run with 100# front and 95# in the rear duals. Do any of you more experienced with the Tomson brand have any comments? Happy Trails!! Dave

I believe they are Mickey Thompson tires, I think they are for Jeeps, off road and Trucks mainly, You might google them to find out Load Range and tire pressure

I've never heard of Tomson tires. A quick Google comes up with nothing tire related. Mickey Thompson makes off road vehicle tires - I don't think they make any RV or large truck tires.

Sure you have the name correct?

My Bad

Sorry folks, I typed wrong😕 The tires are "Samson". So far I am pleased with the brand. If anyone is cruising through Ocala I'll prepare the pinocoladas! There is a wonderful horse show going on now. "HITS". Horses In The Sun. You can read about it in our paper...Ocala.com: Local News, Politics, Entertainment & Sports in Ocala, FL
Happy Trails!! David

Hi - This might help.
Guizhou Tyre Co. Ltd, a Guiyang-based tire manufacturer, is the producer of Samson tires. The company distributes Samson tires in the United States through its fully-owned subsidiary company, GTC North America, Inc. in Canton, Ohio, and possesses various certifications, including ISO9001, American NHTS DOT Certification and ISO14001.

Check the load range and size of your tire and then make sure the tire is adequate for your coach.

Tom
