Tow Vehicle Yellow dash light

Happy 4th RV’ers🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸! Question people. I have. 2021 Kountry Star 3709 FL towing 2015 Jeep Cherokee. Have towed the jeep a number of times and not ever noticed upon starting my coach that on the dash upper middle, a yellow caution notice saying Caution tow vehicle low on air. What the sam hell does that mean? Anyone, anyone

First what braking system do you have on your cherokee?
Does that warning stay lit or go out as air pressure in your tanks rise?
I think since 2018, Spartan and Freightliner chassis are plumbed to provide air for toad brakes IF you have the right toad braking system.

Whenever I see that it is when the coach air system has gotten low from sitting in storage or when I perform a brake test and drop the air psi on purpose. But it goes away when air psi gets to the correct level.

If you have a braking system that is compatible and that warning stays lit, you should call your chassis mfg.

Freightliner did not plumb air for the toad until 2021 model years. Typically the “Low Air for Tow” will go off after tanks are aired up. Are you running an air line to your tow for braking? If you are not I would contact Freightliner and see what they suggest. If you are running an airline I would check my tow hook up for an air leak.

I am running a Falcon 2 with NO air line. The warning does go out after the system fills.

It’s. A warning indicating you need to wait for the air pressure on the coach to fully build. Once you are over 125 it should be full.
