Toy Hauler Ramp problems

On the Newmar Canyon Star facebook group, I posted the problem I had with my 3920 ramp door falling off knocking me to the ground. I also contacted Newmar via phone and was only referred to the door manufacturer. I have a couple questions. Are there any Newmar staff that watch the iRV2 Newmar thread? and/or the Newmar Facebook group? I feel there are significant safety issues with these "ramp doors". I am also curious how many Newmar coach owners have had issues with their ramp (binding) or breaking off. I would like to work with Newmar and the door mfg company so they understand the scope of this problem. Lastly, I am looking for feedback on the Facebook group vs iRV2. Do most of you use both? Pros/Cons? Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Your not the first to have a problem and its mostly lubing the hinge because if not rust will cause the door to bind with the pins near your floor entrance.
Here is a search of your problem in search in irv2 top of forum page, you can input any wording you like for more info.
You may find use of this link also for many items in your coach plus the links in my signature.
Your thread may wake up some other owners of CS Toy Haulers that have run into same problem, or our THG in this link.
