Transmission oil cooler and Hydrolic Fan leaks

I have a 2007 Kountry Star DP on a Spartan chassis. We are just over 22K miles on the odometer. When having the coach checked over prior to a 4000 mi trip, my shop told me I had leaking from the transmission oil cooler and the hydraulic fan motor. As we were already run up a $3000 bill for other repair and maintenance items, and had to leave a couple of days later, I had them make sure levels were up topped off with the intent with dealing with these expensive repairs when we returned.

Well...we're back!

To get a second opinion, I took it to another shop who confirmed the problem and found a few other surprises.

Although my coach is 11 years old, I am wondering if others have had these leaks at such a low mileage...or am I just lucky?

I didn't get complete service records , when I purchased my coach eight years ago , but by the paint color on my hydraulic pump and cooling fan hydraulic motor , I'm pretty sure they're not original.

Now like an older teenage girl, the coach has developed a taste for expensive trinkets. Guess I'd been lucky for the first seven years of ownership.
But still cheaper that buying new.

Both leaks could just be fittings that have started leaking? Have you any pics of the problem areas. I can't imagine a cooler leak in any other place. Other than the core. If that is the problem it will need to be replaced. I have 2 trans coolers on my rig and have been very lucky so far, even the fan motor with 58000 miles. I try to keep and eye on everything and do preventive maintenance and outsource parts to know where to attain when needed.

Their was a few problems with the items you have mention some years back.
Using the search engine found in this link either for Newmar forum or the chassis forum Spartan you said should bring up threads on the subject.
