TripTek

We just purchased a 2004 Dutch Star 4010 DSDP and I can't get the TripTek to work. Any suggestions on where to start?

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on the new to you DutchStar. I really like mine.
My 2004 does not have TripTek. You should probably give Newmar a call.

I have a 2004 DS—4010.
I do not have one on mine either. Go to Trip Tek online and get the manual. It should give some valuable information.

No power to it or a problem getting the signal to the monitor or the cable connecting it to the coach data plug or a problem with the monitor itself or is the monitor input switched to the proper input? What changed since it last worked?

Our 2004-vintage Trip-Tek in our MADP still works, so there is hope. Download the manual to start diagnostics.

Can you be more specific .... provide lots of detail. What monitor are you using?

Mine works very well. The old monitor is gone and I use a 7 inch generic monitor similar to this:

Is it possible just the monitor is turned off. A push button if I recall correctly. I shut mine off by mistake while cleaning and took some head scratching to figure out why it wasn't working.
