It is a trucker fuel card. It works at all major truck stops in the commercial lanes. It would work in a Chevron truck stop but you may not get a discount. The TSD website lists discounts at Flying J, Pilot, TA/Petro, Loves, Ambest, Road Rangers, and SAPP Brothers.

Using the password from the paper that comes with the card, you can download spreadsheets with the daily discounts. The individual station prices vary quite a bit. I calculated the discount percentages at Loves. The Loves discount ranges from 1.5% to 30% off retail price. The best being $0.91 a gallon discount at a station in Oregon.

The easiest way to find prices is using the App. The only stations I see in the app are the ones listed above.

I have just used my TSD EFS card to save $55 on the purchase of 113 gallons at Loves. Final cost was $2.04 per gallon! Thank You TSD Logistics. I have been using the progrm since June of 2019 and had have saved hundreds of dollars. My understanding is that 16,000 RVers are using the program. Now we need to find out why Pilot / Flying J will no longer let us use or TSD EFS card. It has something to do with GOOD SAM club.

<<Now we need to find out why Pilot / Flying J will no longer let us use or TSD EFS card. It has something to do with GOOD SAM club.>> ?????

I just filled up at Pilot in Skippers, VA on Monday. Price at the pump was $2.789. I paid $2.072. That's the best discount I have received to date. Fill up before that was at FJ Burnswick, GA. So the last trip I bought 217 gallons and saved $124.

Maybe something is different in your neck of the woods?

The following is a quote from the TSD Daily Rates webpage:

"As of the end of the week, Pilot is officially retracting their discounts from our program due to their relationship with Good Sams. Good Sams has an exclusive contract with Pilot which prevents them from giving any discounts to the RV community through any other means. Every other discount is still in place."

You can probably still use the card at PFJ locations but you won't receive any discount.

Be sure to send your comments regarding the decision PFJ has made to them. They have a webpage contact form here: https://pilotflyingj.com/contact-us/

Enough feedback could be helpful in the future.

Besides sending the feedback, buying fuel elsewhere is the only thing you can do to send a message.

It has been posted elsewhere that GS is making money from their discount program. It is potentially a very large sum, seeing as $0.40 discount is available via TSD, GS could easily be making $0.25+ per gallon.

I just received a reply from Pilot FJ:

Quote:
Thank you for contacting us regarding this issue. It was recently brought to our attention that TSD Logistics was reselling fuel by offering their discounts outside of their company. We were unaware of this activity and did not agree to the resale of our fuel.

Goodbye Pilot/FJ - Hello TA/Loves/and everyone else!

So not only are they losing RV business but truckers business who use TSD. Pilot offered the least discount from what I understand so maybe not such a great loss for us.

As I travel mostly the same highways every year, I know where my fuel stops are and Never have to use a truck stop

Has anyone found places that cannot/will not honor fuel discounts? I was in Wisconsin and the Pilot/FJ would not honor GS discount. Said it was state law.
Also, I had this happen at a P/FJ in Kentucky somewhere south of Louisville.

Interesting.
Would that put Pilot/FJ in conflict with their own RVPlus card and GS? Its only $0.08 per gallon, but it is an RV fuel discount card.
