TV channels issue

Having difficulty getting channels to come in. We’re in a campground with cable and when I select cable I only get a handful of channels. When I select antenna I get quite a few more channels but not The cable channels listed by the campground. I noticed I have no little green light down in the box where I switch from cable to antenna normally. Does anyone have any idea why that little green light is out and if it has any impact on the channel selections? I did recently replace the Winegard antenna. This is in my 2014 Newmar Vantana. Thank you so much!

If you have an antenna booster , it should be off to receive cable channels.

Newjohn You need to set both your antenna booster / cable switch (was on wall behind passenger seat on my 15 Ventana) to "Cable", AND set you TV input to Cable. If you still don't get all the cable channels expected you might take a look at the quality of the cable connector on the RV park stanchion. In many cases I found the connector pretty worn and had to get it replaced oe put a slight bend in my cable center conductor to get a better connection.

Thank you to you both especially just George. I got down on my hands and knees with a magnifying glass and I was able to read the on off button for my cable this morning. And I reset the channels but before I did that I double checked the connection at both ends of the cable. And it appears that I have full cable now. when I get back to the campsite I’ll turn on the set to verify that everything is working good. Thanks a lot. Now my next issue is how to get my Apple TV box to work again…
