TV replacement

Can anyone tell me how to get the front tv out of the cabinet so that I can install a flat screen? I have a 2005 Mountain Aire. The are no screws on the front of the frame.

In our 2003 Dutch Star, the screws were covered by buttons on the sides and maybe the bottom. I don't know if that's true for you.

If you look in QT's # 3 there is a section with many conversions of TV to LCD's.
If you look in your side cabinets both sides of TV and feel on side wall a couple of screws maybe found remove them and the fascia will slip out of TV box.
Here is one of the threads. --- Here is another.

On my Essex the frame was held with either silicone sealer in a few spots or Velcro (can't remember). It is now Velcro.

We have a 2004 Mountianaire gasser. To get our front TV out there are 2 screws on the outside bottom of the overhead cabinet with plastic caps on them and then there are 2 screws inside the adjacent cabinets on each side, that have to be removed. We also had 2 screws on the top of the frame around the TV, but they may have been added when the previous owner replaced the original TV

Hope this helps

and two beige buttons covering screws that attach from the bottom into cleats attached to the back of the face frame.

Look for this type of thing. Your coach may have this or other methods, or a mix.
Keep looking. Remember, someone installed the TV. That means someone had to be able to attach things with a screw gun. They're there!

The 5 lb sledge worked! Not really. There were 2 screws with button heads, one on each side. Those were tow of the 4 that held the frame in. one more on each side that were inside the cabinets on the sides. After getting those screws out you can slide out the front frame. Then there is a metal piece that has 3 screws across the top that attach to the tv and ceiling. Take out the 3 screws to the ceiling and tilt the tv forward from the top and lift it out. Make sure you unhook the wires first.
