U-Line ice maker

Does anyone out there have a stand alone U-Line. I have a drip when it fills with water. Can anyone tell me how to get the ice maker unit out of the cabinet so I can check things over.
Thanks for any help

We have a 04 DSDP model 4011 and have a U-Line Ice maker. If you take the lower plastic vent cover off (it just snaps off) you will see several tubing connectors. One of them might be loose and could allow a drip on the floor.

Here's a LINK to what I think is your model number. The unit maybe held in cabinet by a finish board screw into floor or cabinet.

Getting it out is fairly easy. One electrical plug and several screws (Just where they are vaires with installers, not model)

However try this.. First get up so you are eyes just above the tray level and look at it, see if there is a problem such as a missing water "Chute" at the back.. odds are you will find nothign (NOTE this is where one of the screws are)

Now pull the front off it, Using your right hand grip the right edge of the plastic cover and pull toward you

You will see a screw that is "lateral" it has a double ended curved arrow with + and - near it.. this is your fill level adjustment screw

Turn it toward Minus and see if this affects dripping

You can leave the cover off till finished

It may just be over-filling

NOTE: They are adjusted for 45PSI water pressure.. If you are hooked to an 80PSI park and not using a regulator they *WILL* over fill, Use a good regulator (NOT a standard RV-Inline but a Watts or equal)
