Along with the instructions in the link that Lt Dan has posted , a few personal tips .
Check the size of the pictures you're trying to load ; reduce to 640 pixels , for a quicker download ; and be sure to wait for the " download complete " text to appear before you close the attachment box.
It took me 3 weeks to get onto posting pictures when I started in the forums.

I sent you a private message with my email address. Send me the photos via email and I'll post them or identify the items.

Here are the unidentified items the OP was talking about.
The first photo is the wrench used to remove the hub cap nut on the rear duals. The passenger side is a right hand thread and the driver's side is a left hand thread.
The second photo.....I have no idea. It could be an antenna fixture of some type, if the coach came with wifi.
The third photo is the combination of the items. The black plastic cover in the lower left is the shield for the back up camera monitor. Again, the wrench. The small black item in the center looks like a block that would hold dash switches. My coach came with several additional cables that work with the TV's/DVR. The white vented item, I have no idea.

The white vented item goes in your Whirlpool refrigerator drawer. The small drawer on the left side. There’s a slot that it slides into. Into the vented item you put a produce saver packet to help in food preservation. It normally lasts about three months. We never use it except when spending months in Florida during the winter.

If you find you don't know what every one of those belong to keep them - just in case. They're not taking up much room to store. I think everyone has a baggie or small container to store 'unknowns'.

In the third picture the USB cable connects to the dash radio to use as a programing extension. The black box does look like a three switch holder, similar to what's on my 2015 Dash for the Bright/Dim, light switches left of the steering wheel. No idea on the white antenna looking item.

I'm thinking a PO has left an attachment for a mix master , that his DW will be asking for any day now .
I can hear it now .
" I told you to get all my stuff out of the kitchen cabinet ! "
" Well where is it ! "
And then the fight started .
