Using AM Antenna cable to pull a new cable

I have a 2014 Dutch Star 4036 and want to add a Cell Phone Antenna on the roof. I'm currently in the process of adding shelves, reorganizing my entertainment center (similar to what PDR John did) and found that my Sony unit has an AM antenna I never use. The cable connected to the Sony is a 5C-2V coaxial.

Question. Does anyone know if the antenna for this cable is above the driver or passenger? Can I use this cable to pull thru an RG58U cable required for the cell antenna? Hoping it is not stapled or tie wrapped somewhere.

Thanks

DDMO

I would bet they wrapped it or tied it up. If it is loose, pull a small string or rope along with it and they you will have a pull cable for future use.
