Valor TPMS going south on '13 Essex

On my 2013 Essex I have an integrated Valor TPMS that displays on the Trip Tec system that is displayed on my Rear View Monitor. It's been great! Real time pressure and tire temps. I have loved it. BUT now the batteries are going south after 3 years and 3 months. I'm getting tire alarms 30 times a day.

So I called Valor. They confirmed the batteries are shot. So they will sell me Eight new sensors for $300. But then I have to get them installed INSIDE the eight tires on the Essex. So I'm not sure it's worth it considering the sensors lasted less than 3 1/2 years.

So, here's my questions:

How long did your Valor Tire Sensors last?
Is there another system that would integrate with the Trip Tec system?

HELP!!!!!

That's not good!
I have the SmarTire internal system installed as a factory option in 2008. I just had all 8 tires and the ORIGINAL sensors replaced in November. The sensors were working fine but no reason not to replace them when the tires are off. The new sensors were about $80 each and programming the system was $45.
I was actually thinking about going to the Valor system but I found that a few places still work with the SmarTire system on RV's so I went that way.

Well like Mr. D, we have SmarTire on our coach. We also just replaced all the tires and the SmarTire sensors while the tires were off of the rims. We purchased the new sensors from Spartan and I did the reprograming my self (assigning the new sensor serial numbers to their wheel positions). I looked at the Valor Website, they claim 5 to 7 year battery life. I think I would be calling the Valor Support help line and having a chat about battery life!!

I did call Valor and due to the early demise of my senders, they gave me a 50% discount on the replacements. Thought that was pretty fair!

Well, SmarTire works with Trip Tek, you can go HERE to read and contact them. I have no idea what the cost would be...
