Valterra adjustable water regulator

DONT BUY THESE.

I bought one about 2 years ago and it developed a pinhole leak right in the casting. I called them and they sent me a new one, no questions asked. They were aware of the problem.
Last month the replacement gage just broke. The actual gage just broke off from the casting. Its not just a fitting. Its part of the gage. I called them a few minutes ago. They said replacement gage has no warranty. Different problem, but not warranted . Only the original purchased part was warranted .

Poor quality and no warranty.

Interesting. My Valterra was bought in 2009, no issues with it. Maybe a change in OEM lowered the quality.

Agree with buying Watts, the last one I bought for our S&B with silty water lasted at least ten years, that was even after a tenant removed the filter that protected it. When we didn't have tenants the first one lasted 25 because of proper filter changes.

I got this one, happy as a clam. Great quality, same idea, also got 45 to offset facets which are weird to keep gauge almost level as recommended by manufacturer.
