I have been doing research on the Newmar Ventana (not the LE) and the one big question I have is about the generator. I am trying to determine if the generator is on a slide out. Can any of you Ventana owners let me know.

Hope to be able to do something in the next year.

I own a 2013 Ventana 3634 and the generator is not on a slide. It's in the front hood area and seems very accessible from the top but I haven't done any maintenance on it yet.

My 2010 Ventana's generator is also not on a slideout. Just a hood (which is sometimes difficult to open). Have checked the fluids regularly with no problem but had the yearly service done, no complaints from the service tech.

Thanks everyone. You gave me the answer I was looking for. It just seems strange to me that Newmar would not put the generator on a slide out when lower quality units on the market do have it. Food for thought!!
